Final build integrity records
The final requires teams to build a new AI driver without LLM or generative coding assistance. To verify compliance, finalists may be required to use organizer-provided development systems and submit source history or development records together with their code. Before collection begins, finalists should receive details about the records collected, who can access them, the review purpose, retention period and available enquiry process. These records must be limited to competition work; participants should not place unrelated personal information, credentials or private projects in the final workspace.
Committee access and service providers
The committee area uses account and session information to restrict access to authorized staff. Administrative actions can be recorded in an activity log. The planned live setup uses Supabase for committee authentication and application storage, with Google Sheets for participant administration; connection and access arrangements must be finalized before live entries are accepted.

The retention schedule and full privacy terms for live registration have not yet been published. They should be provided before official participant information is collected.
